Ingredients

Directions
-
Preheat Oven & Prepare Pans: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour two 9x5-inch loaf pans.
-
Mix Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, eggs, oil, water, and sugar. Mix until well blended.
-
Combine Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and ginger.
-
Combine Wet & Dry Mixtures: Slowly stir the dry ingredients into the pumpkin mixture until just blended.
-
Pour & Bake: Pour the batter evenly into the prepared pans. Bake in the preheated oven for about 60-70 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the loaves comes out clean.
-
Cool: Remove the bread from the oven and allow it to cool in the pans for 10 minutes. After this, remove the bread from the pans and place them on a wire rack to cool completely.
Optional: You can also add mix-ins like chocolate chips, nuts, or dried fruits to the batter before baking if you like
