  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (218°C).
  2. Cut the potatoes into thin fries and pat them dry with paper towels.
  3. Olive oil, salt, and pepper should be mixed with the fries.
  4. Fries should be spread out on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Bake the fries for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  6. In a small pan over medium heat, warm the chili.
  7. Once the fries are cooked, remove them from the oven and transfer them to a large serving dish.
  8. Pour the chili over the fries and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  9. The dish should be placed back in the oven and baked for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
  10. After taking the dish out of the oven, top with chopped green onions.
  11. Serve immediately and enjoy your delicious chili fries!
