This creamy blue cheese salad dressing is quick and easy to make and also makes a great chip dip.

Ingredients
1/4 lb blue cheese2 cups mayonaise1/4 cup vinegar2 tablespoons sugar1/2 cup sour cream1 clove minced garlic
Get ingredients 
Directions
- Crumble the 1 cup of cheese and leave aside a few tablespoons for garnish.
- In a mixing bowl, add the remaining cheese with all the other ingredients.
- Beat using a electric or rotary mixer until it's fluffy.
- Chill thoroughly.
- Sprinkle with reserved cheese.
- Makes about 3 1/2 cups.
- This also makes great chip dip.
