3 pound whole chicken5 stalks celery (chopped)5 carrots (chopped)1 large onion (chopped)Parsley (to taste)Cold water (to taste)Salt and black pepper (to taste)

Directions
Make sure the chicken meat is cooked before serving.
- In a soup pot, put chicken, celery, carrots and onion and cover with water.
- Cook everything until the chicken is fully cooked.
- Strain the broth and take the chicken off the bones.
- Mix together the chicken and the broth.
- Add salt, black pepper and parsley.
